Fall 2026 Need-Based Undergraduate cycle is now open

Pakistan's flagship undergraduate support program is accepting applications through the student portal until 30 September 2026. This cycle expands coverage to twelve newly-partnered universities and raises the monthly stipend in line with the cost of living.

Students admitted to any HEC-recognised institution are encouraged to apply early. A single CNIC-based application will automatically be matched to every program the applicant qualifies for.
